Since the latest App Update, I can no longer turn motion settings on and off on my spotlight cams. The slide button in the app won’t stay where you move it to??? I have two spotlight cameras which are now both stuck at their last settings (one with motion alerts turned on and one with motion alerts turned off). Wondering if anyone else having this issue?
Hey @Bek! The best first step would be to uninstall and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. If the slider position still will not save, try doing this on wifi only, or data only, on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
