Good question @bickster! While you can control the duration of time that your lights remain on, they are unable to remain on all the time. Whether you manually toggle lights on, or they are triggered by motion, you can adjust the duration for up to 15 minutes, in which afterwards they will turn off.
To maximize lights triggering from your Spotlight Cam, I recommend adjusting your light settings in the Ring app as well. I hope this helps!
