I have uninstalled the camera twice and nothing. Light come on but cant see video play back.
Have you charged the battery, installed it and seen the blue light next to the lens?
Are you sure you have established a wifi connection with the floodlight?
Are you able to see the camera view in “live view”?
Do you have “motion alerts” turned on?
Do you have ring video plan in place?
