I just installed my outdoor spot light camera today and during the day it works great but at night it’s sooo blurry and grainy even when the light is on. It also looks like it has lint all over. Does anyone have any solutions?
Hi @Nicolekperez53! Have you tried cleaning the lens? It’s possible there may be some dust on the lens which is more apparent at night time than during the day. If the picture still looks grainy during night time after cleaning it, please reach out to our support team, at 1-800-656-1918, for further troubleshooting.
