Solar Panel connected but app is not showing connected

I have solar panel charging spotlight cam and it was connected in the app I had internet outage and once it is restored when I check in Device Health it says Solar Panel not connected.

What should I do?

If it was not, try unplugging and plugging in the Solar Panel, then trigger a motion event.
