If the version is “Up to Date” you have no way to know the version.
Missing snaptshot capture is usally attributed to an older firmware version. Odd that all of your firmware is up to date. There defintely is a correlation to when the camera was manufactured and having this feature work. I bought 2 cameras from Best Buy and they worked fine. The 2 I bought form ring.com are stuck on the older firmware and the snapshot feature doesn’t work.
