Hey @minamous. If you are unable to connect to the Ring setup network from the in-app prompts, you can go into the Wifi connection settings on your phone and select this Ring setup network from the available wifi networks. In the event you still cannot connect, please reset the Ring device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and trying another setup. You can also try setting up the device from another device that has the Ring app to see if this helps!
