Hey @Jackies. What is the RSSI of your device, and what device do you have? If it is falling offline frequently, this normally means that the signal strength the device has is not strong enough, or it could be power related. If you check out our Community post here, it could also point out in your Device Health why the device falls offline. Lastly, please check out this Ring Help Center Article to find out more on what to do if your device keeps falling offline.
