Ring floodlight cameras

I installed four floodlight cameras a week ago and everything was fine until a few days ago when they started disconnecting at 7:15am and reconnecting at 7:15pm. I do not have them linked yet they all do it and I do not have modes or schedules to turn them off.

Hi @Sloflin21! What is the observed behavior when they are not connected? Of course, the best step for any connection concerns is to check wifi resources are sufficient to be shared between 4 Cams and your in home devices, as well as RSSI is good. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing signal strength.

If wifi signal and speeds look sufficient, I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app, then checking again for any scheduling or device linking. Try also checking your network settings or even router logs that might show any network indications of disconnection. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
