I have a ring floodlight cam and as of recently when watching playback of a motion video or live view the audio is making a buzzing noise and no real time audio from outside could be heard. Does anyone know what could be the issue with this? Thank you.
Hi @Smitty21. Normally poor audio quality can be due to the RSSI, which you can learn more about here. This can also be from interference of some kind, if you have any electronics or such next to it! Could you share us a video example of this?
