Ring app : bug in the floodlight cam, mode live video

Hello,

Since two days ago my ring application closes suddenly when I want to go to see live video. I can see the history without any problem, but as soon as I want to go to live video mode, the application closes suddenly.

I’m using an iPhone SE 13.3

I’m having a similar issue, but mine won’t load live mode. It tries for a minute, then the screen goes black. Iphone 13.3 also.

Ring crashes on Mac but ok on iPhone as soon as I go live on floodlight cam, reinstalled on iPhone and Mac still crashing?

Same issue here. Mac app crashes when going to live view of spotlight cam.
