I have my stick up cam facing a window, and it doesn’t dectect motion, it is broad daylight, and the camera view is great, but still doesn’t dectect motion. Only detects it when I move the camera myself.
Hi @ohhithere101. We do not recommend facing the Stick Up Cam towards a window, as this will impact its ability to accurately detect motion. With the way the motion detection works, the sunlight through the window is going to throw off the motion sensors. Adjustable motion sensors work by identifying visitors based on a change in temperature, and sending a signal to your smart device.
