Ring has provided no help or meaningful insights into my Floodlight Camera and Ring Video Doorbell Pro problems.
Again, last night, my Ring Floodlight lights turned on every 30 minutes like clockwork, there is no Nigh Color Vision, and no Snapshot Capture. It’s stuck at 1.16.00273 and there’s no confirmation from Ring that my camera will update to an “Up to Date” firmware version within a reasonable timeframe, or if ever.
So I’m going to ring in the new year by sending Ring out of my home.
