I need to know how to remove a camera from my account so I could give it to my daughter she could set it up herself

Hello @Djcand23 ,

To remove a camera device:

  • Open the main menu on your Ring App (that you used your “owner” email/password to log in with).
  • Tap Devices.
  • Tap the camera device that you want to remove.
  • Tap Device Settings (the Gear Icon button).
  • Tap General Settings.
  • Tap, at the bottom, “Remove This Device”.

Now, that camera should be off your App and you have relinquished your “Ownership” on this camera. It can be used again by your or others with Ring accounts.
