Hey @VinnyB! Cellular data connections can present a number of variables to consider. Carrier tower proximity/ availability, data plans with caps or streaming limitations, or even locations/ environments which interfere with cellular coverage are some things that can affect this connection. I recommend first trying to uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device to optimize its integration and check for updates. Try also checking for any updates on the mobile device itself.
The next best step would be to disable any other connections while testing (bluetooth, VPN, hot spot, etc), as well as closing any apps running in the background. Depending on the mobile device model and carrier, most phones will have a cellular data option to reset the cellular network connection. I hope this helps!
