I see so many other posts about people with the same problem… a pink picture from their spotlight video feed.
I see no one has found an answer and “chat” support will only talk to new customers from my attempts to ask what can be done, so here I am with everyone else.
Has anyone gotten an answer to how to deal with their ring spotlight video feed when it shows pink?
Usually that means a stuck IR filter. Have you tried a reset? Thanks!
