Notifications very slow

Hey @Judyw155! Notifications should always be received within moments of an event, however, this will depend on settings, features, and connection variables. The first thing I recommend checking is that the motion alerts toggle for your Ring device is enabled in the Ring app. It’s common to set a motion or alert snooze schedule and forget about it, so it’s always good to check those in the app as well.

Removing and reinstalling the app can also help, prompting any recent updates and ensuring optimal integration with your mobile device. If notifications are being received but continue to be delayed, testing the cellular data versus wifi connection on your mobile device, is a great next step. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
