No battery status and no update. HELP!!!

Hello Ring Community
at first sorry for my bad englisch ( come from germany Smiley Wink)

I have from begining issues with my new cams (Spotlight Battery and Stickup Cam Battery) both cameras does not make any updates also don't show the battery status(both batteries full charged), no rssi strengh.
Live Video, works, notifactions works, audio also works.

I tried all things that are possible to solve the problem, but without succsess

I think there must be something with my Router or powerline Adapters that block the communication ??? I also add exposed host to the cam to try if the issues are from closed ports.... but the issues is still there.

I need your help guys

My Smartphone is Samsung Galaxy S10
Router: FritzBox 6490 Cable
Powerline Adapter: Fritz Powerline 1260 (Mesh)

You should call customer service in Germany.
I'd think they would be better to help you.
