Floodlight is 8 months old, acting up now with night vision only showing half of the image.
Like closing left eye! Lighted view is 100% ok. Only in night vision mode does this 50% (one side dark) issue come up. Help. Defective lens?

The best first step here will be to turn off power, and turn it back on after a few moments, to see if this resolves the lens adjustment during low light hours. If this does not resolve it, try performing a reset on the Camera. To reset your Camera, please hold the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
Hi Marley. Thank you for your suggestions for troubleshooting. I had a chance to test and reset, and test again. But unfortunately that did not resolve the problem! How do I initiate the warranty process as Iām within the 1 year timeframe.
