New camera won’t enter setup mode

Got it straight out of the box, downloaded the app, plugged it in, red lights come on, and the bottom light lights green. I then press the setup , but the bottom light stays green. Have tried the troubleshooting proposals - to no avail.
Any other things to try?

Hey @Crjensen4! Try going through a setup in the app as normal to see if it will complete the steps regardless of light indicators. If setup mode still does not appear to initiate, and a setup does not complete in the app, try resetting the Camera. To perform a reset, hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. Reset didn’ help…!!!

Make sure you are close to the router.

Almost all of my problems setting up stuff is because of the distance from base station or router.

Have yet to see anything from this camera. Multiple resets, moved to the Router, reset the router numerous times. Not had this level of difficulty with the Doorbell camera or an internal camera.
