Hey @Crjensen4! Try going through a setup in the app as normal to see if it will complete the steps regardless of light indicators. If setup mode still does not appear to initiate, and a setup does not complete in the app, try resetting the Camera. To perform a reset, hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
Make sure you are close to the router.
Almost all of my problems setting up stuff is because of the distance from base station or router.
Have yet to see anything from this camera. Multiple resets, moved to the Router, reset the router numerous times. Not had this level of difficulty with the Doorbell camera or an internal camera.
