Hi

We bought another Ring Cam Wired, and tryed to set it up in the app.

The light is always on, and so is the green light.
Bouth blinks every 15 sec.

I cant get it to reset.

Tryed to push short the buttom on top.

Also tryed long push (longer than 20 sec) on top.

Tryed to unplug for over 1 min.

What to do ?

Return camera. Issue try hold for 30 seconds, of does t work plug it in reset at breaker box.
