Do we have to use the phone app to adjust the sensor? We are noticing it doesnt change if we lower or raise the light min-max on the app. We are trying to keep it from going off when people walk by on the sidewalk, but once they are on our property then we want them to record/ turn on lights.
@DLEE12What app are you currently using? On android devices (phone or tablet), the Ring app will allow you to change the sensitivity and zone settings on the camera and the floodlights. Note that the camera and floodlights are different techonologies and have different settings on the app. The camera and floodlights don’t allows trigger together.
It sounds like the camera zone settings will help you to set it so that it only triggers when people enter into the zone. The light settings are far less precise with only 3 zones and min/max for the sensitivity.

I don’t see a webpage on the Ring website to adjust settings for the camera. The Motion Settings menu gets you the the settings for the camera (on android), such as setting motion zones. The link on the Ring website for setting motion zones seems to be broken. Are you familiar with how to set motion zones?
