My floodlight cam is not connecting to my iPhone 11 asking to use location
Ring devices do need to know where they are located. Turn on your phone’s GPS location (even briefly go outside to ensure your phone ‘sees’ some satellites), and then tap the reset button on your floodlight cam, and re-do the camera set up using your phone’s Ring app.
