My ring camera isn’t recording what’s right in front, but it notifies me when someone is across the street. I’m very frustrated since this is the purpose of the camera I bought, to record activity on my property, not across the street. A package was delivered today and nothing was picked up on the video, yet when a car drives down the street it records. I had this problem as well when I was readjusting it. I pointed it down more to avoid unwanted recording, but when I was walking around my driveway trying to test it, it was not recording me.
Which camera is this, @Shepherd ? Can you send over a picture how / where you have it mounted? I believe we’ll just need to angle it better to capture your door vs the street
