I’m getting notifications of motion detection from passing vehicles even though I’ve defined detection area and blocked street with privacy zone. Sensitivity is reduced to low level.
Please advise.
Hey @Mandurah, happy to chime in here. Can you let us know what Ring device you’re working with? It sounds like it may actually be a Doorbell or Camera. Once I have a bit more information on which device you have, I can offer some guidance!

@Mandurah Thanks for letting me know! In that case, can you please share a screenshot of the Motion Zones you have set within your Ring App? Also how high are the Spotlight Cameras mounted?
