Lost connection to WiFi but..

A couple days ago my Ring system began having issues. All cameras will send alerts and the main page shows screenshots from when they were last activated but the Live button is grayed out and it says the cameras have wifi issues. NOte: The ring doorbell is functioning just fine. How can they send alerts and screenshots if they’re not on WiFi? Any suggestions?

Hey @jkhringid! I recommend checking your Camera’s RSSI or signal strength in the app. Our Community post about RSSI has some tips and tricks for optimizing wifi signal. If your RSSI looks great, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application on your mobile device. Let me know how this goes! :slight_smile:
