I just finished setting up a new indoor camera but for some reason it’s not working with out the power cord connected to. Is this normal? Am I supposed to install it with the power cord attached?
Hey @Takiyahbenson94. In order to power the device, it needs to stay plugged in. If you do not like the cord, I recommend seeing if you can hide it. I was able to hide my cord under the shelf that it is on and it helped conceal the cord for a nicer overall look.
