Hmm, are you going to their house to set it up or what is the full situation @Clancy688 ? When I set it up for my grandpa, I had to go to his house and I just used his phone & set it up that way. From my understanding, you can’t just ‘change the ownership’ of a device without setting it up again. You can learn more, here.
