My spotlight camera isn’t showing video. It’s detecting movement because I get an alert but I can’t see video. I can’t even see live videos. I just bought it. I bought as a 2 pack and the other one works fine. WiFi connection is strong as well. I don’t know what else it can be.
Hi @Aestrada28! With the other Camera operating as intended, I recommend double checking the area of this Spotlight Cam to ensure nothing is interfering with wifi signal. While signal strength or RSSI may look sufficient, things like appliances, distance, or tough exterior walls can still make it tough for signal to communicate. Limiting these variables between your router and Cam will always help with video.
Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. If this concern persists, and continues to be the same Cam, please perform a reset on the Cam by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
