Recently purchased a Floodlight cam on Amazon, got it installed, works great. The catch is, at night, in Live view, there’s a halo around the image. Is that normal? I can’t see the halo in recorded videos, nor in daylight Live view. Any ideas? Is that normal?
Same problem with wired floodlight cam. Bought 5, one has halo in live view. Support says their not responding to emails because of covid. Have to chat?

Hi neighbors. If the view from your Floodlight Cam looks like this, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Clean the lens off with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Reboot the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
