Hi @docew. For a concern like this, I'd recommend performing a reset and a new setup on your Camera. To reset it, you'll just need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, you'll need to walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. If this concern persists after these steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. Our support team will be able to take a closer look at your device and account and offer more advanced troubleshooting steps.
