Wi-Fi signal strength increase by installing an access point close to the camera. Speed test showed 35 download and 11 upload. Camera recognizes new network however the screen is gray and not recording. The light can be controlled remotely. What’s next to look T??
Hi @Bobper. Would you mind attaching a screenshot or a screen recording of this gray screen that you’re seeing? Does it appear when you attempt to access the Live View, or is it in a different part of the Ring App? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated. Also, which model of Ring Camera do you have? I’d be happy to take a peek at this once I have more information on what you’re experiencing.
