Hi @IJW! If you are subscribing to the Base Protect Plan, this will need to be applied per device. When you log in at Ring.com, there will be a section on your account called my plans. This will show you your current Protect Plan status. If you are unsure of this status, our support team will be happy to confirm this information with you by phone.
