Floodlight not turning off

Tried all the suggestions found on line from previous Ring customers, the spotlight turns on at night when motion activated but then doesn’t turn off again. Still, quiet night, no wind, settings at lowest motion and human only, please help as I can’t use this system if the light doesn’t turn on when needed and off by itself…Thank you

Hi @Bellmx. I appreciate you letting us know what settings you have already adjusted and what steps you’ve taken. If the light is not turning off on your Floodlight Cam, I’d recommend first trying to reset it. You can reset the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, navigate to the Device Health page and select the Reconnect to WiFi option. Let me know how that works for you! :slight_smile:
