Hey @hb222! Here is the Floodlight Cam setup web page you are looking for, from our help center. I recommend checking the browser version or type of browser you are using, as I received no errors when visiting Help Center > Setup Guide > Floodlight Cam.

My location is in BC, Canada. I did check with different browsers: Chrome works, but not with Edge.
Edge redirected me to https://support.ring.com/hc/en-au/articles/115001693183
My iOS app Help Content button under my device page also taking me to an Australian site, as well as browsing from iOS Safari.
