The plastic nut that holds the floodlight cam on the adjusting ball broke on my camera. Can this part be ordered online? It’s not in the spare parts kits.

They’ll be able to take a closer look at your Camera and determine if it’s an individual part that can be sent out or if the damage warrants a replacement under the device’s warranty.
