Floodlight cam have continuous timeline feature for laptop viewing?

Help! I have the floodlight cam and used to be able to view my continuos timeline on my laptop. Now I cannot find this feature. Is it still available? I can only view minute by minute like snapshots on my phone apps timeline. Only the recorded motion is available online.

Was your Floodlight Camera a recent purchase, and set-up about a month ago?

If you are missing your “TimeLine” banner, you should check to see if your are now also missing your “History” page of events. Because, I’m guessing that your “30-day FREE TRIAL” Ring Protection Plan has expired, or if you did previously purchase a year-long plan, it may have expired.

The “Basic” Plan is for one device, or the “Plus” Plan for more than one device and includes Professional Alarm monitoring. With a Ring Protection Plan, these recordings are displayed on a “TimeLine” banner and on a “History” page in your Ring App, and are stored on the Ring Cloud for 2-months (in some countries it is only stored for 1-month). A Ring Plan also stores 7-days worth of “Snapshots”, if you use this option feature.

Without any Ring Plan, you have to immediately go to “Live-View” if you hope to see what activity set off your camera. Also without any Ring Plan, you will not have any recordings stored on the Ring “Cloud” and hence have no TimeLine.

I’m wondering if my guess as to what happened to your TimeLine display is correct?

If my quess is incorrect, it could be the Ring App itself and you should uninstall and then re-install the Ring App. If that too doesn’t help, then you can call Ring Support by telephone:
