I’m having the same issues with both of my floodlight cams. They are way too sensitive and constantly turn on and off. My neighbors are going to go nuts so I’m afraid I’m just going to have to turn the light portion off which kind of defeats the purpose of a floodlight cam. There is no heat or anything else in the area that should be turning the light on constantly. The motion zones are set at the minimum but that doesn’t seem to change anything. Before my Ring was installed I had a couple different inexpensive motion lights in the same location and they worked flawlessly. You’d think for the amount of money a floodlight cam costs they would be able to make it work properly. I’ve spoken with customer service on the phone and I could have just as well been talking to a rock. No help whatsoever.
