Dead Camera

Hi @Langmad! Charging the battery and resetting the network connection is a great first step. If you have not already, try resetting the Camera itself by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. The Camera should be responsive or allow you to complete a new setup in the Ring app. If the Camera is not powering up or entering setup mode, please ensure the battery is fully inserted and the hatch is tightly closed without any debris that might be interfering.
