Hi. We have a Ring camera which we are using to monitor my Mother In Law’s room. The problem I am having is after establishing the connection to the camera, it goes dark after only a few minutes. I am trying to determine how to establish A continual connection, which will provide a 24 x 7 view from this camera. Can this be done?
Hey @Tzicarelli. The cameras are unable to do a 24/7 Live View and recording for you. If you trigger a Live View, the connection will time out after 10 minutes and need to be re-established. I recommend putting your motion settings on high and enabling Snapshot Capture, if it’s an option in your Ring app.
