Color night vision for wired stick up cam

I have two wired stick up cams and neither one has color night vision. Every once in a while when one of them takes a still shot it will switch into color and then right back to B&W. There isn’t color night vision on the device settings. What’s going on?

Hey @2oldn2ys. My apologizes that our Help Center Article was not clear enough, but this is for the Stick Up Cam Wired, which is the 2nd Generation of that device. Do you have the Stick Up Cam Plug-In, which is the 3rd generation of the Stick Up Cams? If you have the Stick Up Cam Plug-In, this is still considered a battery operated device, just with the other options we have for power, as we offer a Plug-In, Solar, and Battery version of the 3rd Generation.
