I'm trying to install a (used) 3rd gen Stick Up Cam Plug-In in a new setup, but when connecting the device with power I cannot pair my device with my account. The blue led on the cam blinks every five seconds, which seems to suggest a "Setup is successful" status. The problem is that I cannot enter into the setup mode. This means no wifi is created by the cam which is neccesary to pair the cam with my account.
I tried a hard reset by pushing on the button for 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds, but nothing happens. Any suggestions to solve this issue?
Hey @hans86, have you been able to try the setup on another device, such as another phone or tablet? I would recommend giving this a try, and making sure you have bluetooth on for this said device, and that nothing was already connected to it. Once you try this, if you continue to have the setup fail, please reply with a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to go through the setup. Hope to hear back from you soon!
