after the battery fully recharged the ring cam does not recognize it. still after few hours the ring app shows cam online status with charge level of 3% … switching from left to right connector and back , adding extra battery does not change this situation
Hi @Maryana! The best first step will be to trigger a live view from the Ring app to confirm that your Ring device is online and able to communicate properly. If your video does not connect, your Ring device is likely in need of a new setup completed in the Ring app.
Try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device to see if this will update the battery level. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
