Brand New Indoor Cam Won't Power Up

On March 8, 2020, I ordered a 2-pack and a 1-pack from Amazon. Recevied March 10, 2020.

The single packed worked great.

I did plug in both Indoor cams from the 2-pack at the same time.

After doing so, I remembered issues I had doing similar things with the door/window contacts. Not sure if it’s the same with the cameras. I only attempted to activate one at a time with the app.

The first camera out of the 2-pack setup with no problems.

The second camera out of the 2-pack doesn’t appear to be powering on at all. I have tried the hard reset (plugged in, holding reset for 30 seconds etc). I’ve tried different outlets with the different power cords of the 3. I’ve gone thru everything at https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033911431-Indoor-Cam-Troubleshooting - no luck.

Can’t find a link here to contact tech support. Help? Thanks.
