Blue light

My stick up cam wired has been working fine since I got it a few months ago. About midday today it switched off and was showing a solid blue light. It also appears as disconnected from the lan cable and internet within the app. Ive tried resetting using the orange button which doesnt work. I then tried switching off for 10 minutes then back on. The blue LED stays solid and has done so for the last 1.5 hours. Any ideas?

Hey @jimothwald. What does it show in the Device Health section in your Ring app? In addition, if it’s offline and disconnected from your LAN, could you walk through a new setup of it by selecting “Reconnect to Wifi” in the Device Health section? Let me know how this goes! :slight_smile:
