Black video with purple streaks

About two weeks ago, our camera started showing this image. We have reset manually with no luck. I am thinking we are dead :frowning: and the camera has to be replaced. However, I figured I would ask first.

Hey @Donbama. If you’ve already completed a reset by holding down the Camera’s setup button for 20 seconds and the view is still like this, you’ll want to follow up with our support team. They’ll be able to take a closer look and determine if a replacement is needed under the device’s warranty. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
