My phone shows every device but the floodlight camera every time I push live view it will say " activating device " and it just spends in circles dont show the live view at all unless I go back and look at recent ones not while there motion in my yard to view who or what’s back there Please help been going on f oh r a week now
Same with mine. Is it the internet connection?
Hi neighbors! Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device? This is a great way to check for updates and ensure the app is optimally integrated with your mobile device. As long as the Floodlight Camera is online and setup under the same location, it should show up on the dashboard with your other devices.
If this concern persists, try performing a new setup on the Floodlight Cam to see if re-adding it will allow it to show on your Ring dashboard. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
