Android & Spotlight Camera

Since installing the Spotlight Camera on my garage and the Ring app, I can no longer use my Samsung Note 10. The calls that I receive or attempt to make disconnect after 10 seconds. What do I need to do to correct this problem?

Hey @RRRAGS21! This should not be happening. I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Please also ensure that bluetooth and VPN is disabled, as well as removing any Android apps that might conflict. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
