2 way Spotlight cam

I have problem with my Spotlight cam.

I can´t fint a way to make the 2-way work.

I can hear youdio from the camera loud and clear, and the siren works, but i cant talf from the app/phone thrugh the camera (yes the michrophone is enabled in the iphone settings on the Ring app)

Hey @Ernmstrom! The first thing to check here is that you are pressing the green answer button during live video, which will trigger two way audio. If you are already doing this, please ensure bluetooth and VPN are disabled on your mobile device. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device is another great step to ensure two way audio is optimal. Keep in mind, efficient audio and video will often depend on wifi signal strength, or RSSI. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
