Just got an email from Ring that states:
"After 31 December 1969, the videos recorded on your Ring device will be deleted. To keep Video Recording and all the benefits of Ring Protect, activate a subscription today"
I had already subscribed
Hi @Colsli. You should be able to see your current Ring Protect plan if you sign into your account on the Ring website. After signing in, click Protect Plan at the top the see the details of your current plan, which should show the subscription date. If it doesn't look correct, there, I'd suggest contacting our support team directly so they can help you get it sorted out. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. I had already checked that my Protect Plan was active before I posted the message. I was just intrigued that the email from Ring stated that "After 31 December 1969, the videos recorded on your Ring device will be deleted"
